STICK FRAMING

A tried and true method of building multi family commercial and residential, stick framing involves building the walls on layout off the slab and then on each level.

MASS TIMBER

We build mass timber projects where the primary load-bearing structure is made of either solid or engineered wood. As a substitution for steel and concrete in new construction, mass timber can turn buildings into a global carbon sink, and help mitigate climate change.

PREFAB FRAMING

We build the structural walls, roofing and floor on tables offsite or onsite. The completed framing would then be shipped to the site and/or installed onsite. Prefab construction is generally a faster, less expensive process.
